This gold-dipped pendant is just one of the new designs in Dogeared's new Sex and the City jewelry line debuting at the winter trade shows.

New York--Sex and the City 2 won't be hitting theaters until May, but eager fans can satiate themselves for now with a new jewelry line inspired by the four stylish New York characters who brought the hit cable TV series and subsequent original film to life.

Dogeared Jewels and Gifts, the trendsetting brand known for its word jewelry and charms, has officially licensed the Sex and the City brand from HBO.

The company has designed a collection of fashionista-bent charms that represent the iconic themes from the award-winning HBO series, including a diamond, a stiletto and the Eiffel Tower.

Hanging from necklaces, the charms will be presented on display message cards printed with the New York City skyline and some of the four main characters' most memorable lines, including: "Single and fabulous!," "Hopeless romantic," "I've been dating since I was fifteen. I'm exhausted. Where is he?," and--for the diamond charm--"Should I get you a diamond? No, just a really big closet."

Prices will range from $55 to $200 at retail, and each piece will be wrapped with a black and pink satin pouch.

"Our strength is creating themed product concepts," Marcia Maizel-Clark, Dogeared's founder, said in a media release. "Given our fashion orientation, we believe we have brought the correct tone and point of view to this licensed line. Sex and the City continues to have an incredible impact on fashion."

The Sex and the City line will be previewed at several winter trade shows, including the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, L.A. Market, Dallas Market, New York International Gift Fair and the Project show in Las Vegas, among others.

Beginning this spring, the necklaces will also be available at the HBO Shop in New York City, and online at HBO.com.
