Product return or change system is integrated into the after-sale service.
Ways to return flaw products:
1. The stores or agents from which you bought the product;
2. Courier ( after consumers notify us, please do not deliver the goods without any notice);
3. Our srevice centers which are in charge of customer service. For information about our service center, please contact our service staffs.
Stipulations of product return or change system:
These stipulations are in accordance with domestic law on products quality and law on the protection of the rights and interests of consumers. Please read the stipulations carefully. If no specific provision shown on product pages, we will follow the stipulations listed as follows:
All products we sold enjoy the quality warranty. Once any quality flaws are found, please contact us promptly.
We strictly implement product return or change system on the basis of omestic law on products quality, law on the protection of the rights and interests of consumers and the other relevant laws or conventions.
Hints:
Before returning or changing the products, please notify us. Photos of the flaw products are definitely preferable because they can accelerate the process. We will settle the issue ASAP once we finished the assessment.
Promise of product return
(1). the returned products should have complete package, accessories(such as free gift for the returned products), user manuals, product delivery lists, detailed reason of products return. If you have no receipt or product delivery lists, please write down your name, address, email purchase order number and detailed reason for product return.
(2). After receiving the products, clients can return the goods without any extra pre-condition if below problems are found:
- Fragmentation without man force;
- Crystal lost without man force;
- Accessories lost without man power.
Hints:
a. Is your goods package intact? We assure the package is kept intact before it leave our office / stores. If the goods gets dirty or damaged during delivery, we will help you to claim compensation against the express company;
b. If the changed products still contain quality defects, you can request a return or another change.
c. The amount of return products is the amount you paid for the flaw products, excluding delivery fee.
Warranty void under the following circumstances:
- Products have been used improperly;
- Time limit for claiming products return or change expired. The claim should be within 7 days after you received the goods;
- Improper storage, exposure to the extreme weather;
- Improper usage, carelessness, abuse, accidence or modification;
- Damage by force majeure;
- Damage by foods or liquid splash;
- Normal abrasion;
- Clients return goods without contacting us;
- The packages of the returned products are not complete;
- The accessories and other attachments lost;
- The delivery list lost, altered or damaged;
- Products not provided by us;
If the shipment receiver is not the buyer who placed the order, we regard the receiver as the buyer and take the liability to examine the goods. Otherwise, our warranty will be void in the case of quality defects.
Please use products return or change system under our instructions. Because of the daily heavy works, please return the products by delivery so that we can accelerate the process of returning or changing.
If you find that the package was damaged when you are receiving goods, you have the right to refuse it and request supporting document from the mail carrier.
Please notify us if you are sure that the products you've got meet the conditions of product return or change system, and then send the flaw product to us. We transfer the products to QC department. While recording the information, we will send you the alternative products based on your request, or return the relevant money to you. Another solution is to transfer the money into your registered account.

(1). Please contact us before you request product return or change, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the request without any explain. You can contact us by various kinds of communication tools.
(2). Find defects within 7 days after you received the goods.
Product change system:
(1). Contact us before you claim to change products, or we reserve the right to refuse your claim..
(2). When the order has been confirmed, we won't accept changing the order items and content on principles, unless the following situations appear:
- The size, color, serial number of the products you get is different from those of the products you ordered.
- Apparent quality flaw. (in this situation, you can require product return).
Generally, the changed products will be sent to clients along with their next order. If clients request an instant delivery once we received the returned products, the transportation fee should be paid by the clients.
The procedure of product return or change:
Claim for quality flaw within 7 days -> 2 parties reach an agreement of solution -> confirm the return list -> products delivery -> returned products received -> change products or return money
